Ingredients- 1 cup leftover rice or fresh cooked rice\r
1 big potato or 3/4 cup boiled and grated potato\r
3 Tbsp cornflour. You can use roasted gram flour too.\r
1/4 cup grated carrot\r
1/2 cup finely chopped onion\r
1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum\r
2-3 Tbsp chopped coriander\r
1 Tsp chat masala\r
1/2 tsp turmeric powder\r
1/2 tsp or to taste red chili powder\r
salt to taste\r
1 Tbsp grated ginger\r
1 green chili finely chopped\r
